Sewing Group

Anyone interested in sewing (or learning to sew) is welcome to work in the sewing room when it's open Thursdays from 9 am-12 noon, or by appointment at additional times. Participants meet weekly to teach and work on mission projects like bears for children, walker bags and bibs for nursing home residents, reusable sanitary napkins for women, quilts and other projects as they emerge.

Woodworkers

A new woodshop has been created in the church garage. The Woodworkers’ group has insulated the walls, the ceiling - and installed wall panels. The garage now houses a great collection of well-maintained equipment, complete with all the tools needed for any project - from large to small! Woodworkers meets most Tuesday and Thursday mornings throughout the year.

We are grateful to this group for all the work they have done for the church throughout our remodeling projects - saving the church countless dollars. We look forward to their ministry as they consider service projects to meet the needs of community around us!
